Bruks: 'Kak Tvoi, Vovo?' - thedon - 05-05-2015 Here is version 1 ,Finding it difficult to glue all together work in progress ! RE: Bruks: 'Kak Tvoi, Vovo?' - loweche6 - 05-05-2015 Esses are a little harsh on his vox for me. Maybe aound 3-4k I might put a slight dip in the cymbals as well. Not a huge cut. Git solo up? I hear it, but it is definitely behind the drums. Try filling the vocal space with it? I generally like it, overall, just some small things. It also sounds like your kick is hitting your master comp at the end of the song. Maybe intentional to get some drive and excitement out of the end? If not, maybe ride the kick down just a smidge in the last few measures of the last phrase. Cheers! Draper RE: Bruks: 'Kak Tvoi, Vovo?' - thedon - 06-05-2015 Thanks for having a listen Draper ,I agree will use your feedback for version 2 coming soon Cheers Don RE: Bruks: 'Kak Tvoi, Vovo?' - Voelund - 26-05-2015 Piano sounds great I miss guitar. They drive the song and give power The Challenge is to maintain Big drums and Big guitars. Just talked to Olli bout a mono mix. You could separate guitars by panning if you did nearly mono out of accidence rather than choice Vocal sounds god too and you like bas like I do God job RE: Bruks: 'Kak Tvoi, Vovo?' - thedon - 26-05-2015 (26-05-2015, 07:38 AM)Voelund Wrote: Piano sounds greatI agree will do another remix soon hopefully with more power ! Thanks for having a listen ! RE: Bruks: 'Kak Tvoi, Vovo?' - Olli H - 29-05-2015 Overall sound: I like it very much. But some thing that came to my mind. Kick has maybe too much sub-energy. Or is it the bass? Snare could be slightly stronger in this context. Now it goes ”THUMB THUMB smack”. How about ”thumb thumb smack” or ”THUMB THUMB SMACK” As the overall sound is very full, the vox feels in this context little thin and crispy. Solo never starts. It’s a shy player far behind. Some automation to guitar riffs could be a fine thing to give more movement to those small moments..
