First post / First mix i've tried on these forums
Would hugely appreciate Feedback, and please be brutal i'm relatively new to mixing etc. so want to learn from others

Welcome to the forum. Posting and getting "brutal" feedback can be the best way to get better.
- Kick is too big and wooffy ... not enough punch for me. Although this was a tough track to get right.
- Rhythm section could come up a bit, and maybe cut the reverb a touch.
- Vocal tone is good, but automate the volume in the last chorus. It gets a bit lost.
- BGV could be featured a bit more, with some width for more interest.
- I like the lead break.
- Bass guitar could also provide some punch, but needs to work with the difficult kick.
The overall mix just seems to be washed in a bit too much reverb effect and lacks a bit of punch.
Great start though.

Thanks for the feedback!
Didn't personally think the song fitted too punchy a sound, so was kinda going for a rounded smoothish sound, but tweaked a few bits mainly kick and reverb.
Will work on it a little more before i do an update!
